Tips for oily skin –
- Making face pack with the help of besan (chickpea flour) and curd. Make a paste using two spoons besan and sufficient curd. Apply it to your face and let it dry. Moisten it with a little water and using gentle, circular movements, rub it off your face. Rinse it off with cool water.
- One must clean skin at least twice a day with a good face wash to remove the dirt and oil from the face
- Removing all make-up before hitting the bed is very important
- Include in the daily diet food that is rich in protein
- Eat a lot of leafy vegetables and fruits in daily diet.
