Constipation may improve the odds of distension and pain, flatulence and anxiety, and headache and bad breath; in fact, it may also begin to intake of toxin from the colon. It is enough to keep Vata in balance.
Reasons for Constipation
Constipation is often made by not paying heed to the call of energy in time. A quiet lifestyle, changing eating habits, an incorrect diet, a confused and worried mind, and taking tea or coffee add up to already sluggish digestion, additional making chronic illness.

1. Heed A Vata Dosha Pacifying Diet

6. Roasted Fennel
The spoon of cooked fennel used at bedtime with a glass of warm water may serve as a mild laxative. The volatile oils obtained in fennel seeds can help kick start metabolism by increasing the creation of gastric proteins.
Anjeer, or figs, covered in warm water also helps heal illness, particularly in kids. Figs are highly suggested due to the appearance of high fibre content. You can eat figs all day to keep your metabolism going.
8. China Grass
China grass, or agar-agar, is a dehydrated seaweed, which is when making into bits and made in milk, fits a viscous material.
