Ayurvedic medicines for stomach pain and burning sensation

Gastritis is the redness, irritation or depletion of the inner lining of the stomach, known as the gastric mucosa. It can happen quickly and can last for one or three days, or it can be prolonged, continuing for many days or weeks.  Here are some simple but effective solutions for gastritis:

1. Freeze It Out

Take a glass of ice-cold water, place two tablespoons of sugar, stir it well and take it down. Revolve the way if you have to. Ice-Cold glass water serves to maintain body solutions. It is thought that cold water quiets under the throat and chest burning. Therefore, drink a glassful of cold water and take a little walk. The acid speeding up to your throat will fall gradually.

2. Nothing like coconut
